Frequently Asked Questions

What is Chrysalis Collective?

We are a Womb Centered Collective that provides holistic support for all life transitions from a spiritual perspective. We believe in connecting with the sacred energy of the womb and harnessing its power to bring healing and transformation.

What is a Womb Worker?

A holistic womb-centered practitioner that approaches health and well-being from a comprehensive perspective, considering the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the individual. There is a focus on nurturing and balancing the womb's energy. Womb Work practitioners may incorporate various modalities such as plant medicine, embodiment bodywork, energy healing, mindfulness practices, womb massage and counseling to support fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, menstrual cycles, parenting, postpartum, menopause, loss, end of life experiences and more. They prioritize empowering individuals to connect deeply with their bodies, intuition, and innate healing abilities throughout all stages of their womb's journey.

What kind of services does Chrysalis Collective offer?

We offer a range of services that center womb healing such as Full/New Moon Circles, Womb Magic Experiences, Rituals for honoring the placenta, Womb Workshops, Collaborative Community care in-person and/or virtually, and so much more! We have space to support you in any stage of your womb's journey from preconception to end of life.

What if I've had my womb physically removed?

The body keeps the memory of the womb's wisdom as it is innate and leaves a lasting impression. Connecting with the womb after a hysterectomy is about acknowledging the significance of this aspect of oneself beyond its physical presence and finding ways to nurture its energy and wisdom. We honor the sacred energy stored through holistic healing modalities such as ritual, bodywork, storytelling, energy work, yoni steaming and more.
